• Availability, technology, max speeds: Minnesota DEED Office of Broadband Development / Connected Nation, 'MN_ProviderList_byCountySubdivision' (State Availability Dashboard, update dated 2025-12-16; built on FCC Broadband Data Collection + state collection) — table service: FeatureServer/104. 34,724 provider × technology × speed rows across 2743 Minnesota cities/townships. Limits

• Results are at the city/township level, not your exact house. A provider covering 40% of a city may not reach your street.
• Provider-reported data can overstate coverage.
• Satellite isn't in the state dataset.
